LG again made a breakthrough by prepare Optimus GJ smartphone equipped with ability to withstand water and dust to contend with Z Xperia and Samsung Galaxy S4 Active. This smartphone is basically Optimus G which equipped with outdoor capabilities.
Sony has breezed by water and dust resistant smartphone through Xperia Z and ZR, followed by Samsung which planning to release a outdoor smartphone through a series of Galaxy S4 Active. However, LG was faster than by presenting GJ smartphone with outdoor capabilities on 22 May.
This smartphone made by LG is Optimus G equipped with ability to withstand water and dust, which reportedly has met the IP57 certificate, equivalent to Xperia Z made by Sony. South Korea is the first country which will receive its release.
Optimus GJ is also powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset and quad-core Krait processor that has speed 1.5 GHz paired with 2GB of RAM memory and Adreno 320 graphics.
This powerful mobile phone equipped with a screen measuring 4.7 inches with a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels IPS (In-Plane Switch) and equipped with TrueHD IPS + technology to ensure display is clear, on par with Optimus G.
LG Optimus GJ carrying a camera with a resolution of 13 megapixels with High accurancy PKG technology from LG Innotek that serves to improve accuracy and front camera is also equipped with 1.3 megapixel resolution. Until now there is no information when it will be launched to global market.
